The Karnataka State IT/ITeS Employees Union (KITU) on Wednesday filed an industrial dispute case against Tata Consultancy Services before the state’s labour department, accusing the IT market leader of illegal mass retrenchment and seeking prosecution of the management for violation of the Industrial Disputes Act.
