Gaming Point acquires Nexus Play

Gaming Point, a fast-growing studio focused on scaling breakout titles across emerging markets, today announced the acquisition of Nexus Play, a studio developing and publishing consumer applications and games.

The acquisition includes a portfolio of products that have collectively reached over 250,000 monthly active users, over 1 million total signups.

The gamified mechanics of the acquired products  align with Gaming Point’s strategy to grow its footprint in high-retention, gamified applications .

“We’re proud of the products we built and the community that rallied around them,” said Liam James, Founder at Nexus Play.
