Microsoft Upgrades Copilot Vision With Desktop Share Feature, Adds Support for Voice Mode

Share via:

Microsoft is enhancing Copilot Vision with two key upgrades, expanding its utility for Windows users. A new “Desktop Share” feature empowers Copilot to analyze the user’s entire desktop, including active applications. This allows the AI chatbot to provide more comprehensive assistance with various tasks by understanding the user’s on-screen context.

Furthermore, Copilot Vision is now accessible during voice conversations. Users can activate the vision capabilities even when interacting with the AI through spoken commands, enabling a more seamless and multimodal experience. These improvements aim to make Copilot Vision more intuitive and integrated into the user’s workflow.

Currently, both the Desktop Share and voice-activated Vision features are being rolled out to Windows Insiders, allowing them to test and provide feedback on these advancements.
