Zoho Unveils In-House Zia AI Model, Launches Multiple Pre-Built AI Agents for Enterprises

Zoho, the SaaS powerhouse, unveiled a suite of AI innovations at its annual Zoholics India conference. Key among these is “Zia,” Zoho’s inaugural in-house Large Language Model, alongside a new Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) model.

Beyond core models, Zoho introduced over 25 ready-to-use AI agents designed to automate tasks across its suite. The company also launched the Zia Agent Studio marketplace, providing a platform for users to discover and utilize these agents.

To enhance interoperability, Zoho unveiled a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. This MCP enables third-party AI agents to seamlessly connect and leverage Zoho’s extensive AI library. These new AI offerings signify Zoho’s commitment to integrating AI across its platform, empowering users with advanced automation and intelligent functionalities.
