Ecommerce solution provider Graas.ai has raised $9 Mn (around INR 78 Cr) in its Series B funding round led by Tin Men Capital, with participation from Incred Wealth, Orzon and existing investors Integra Partners and Yuj Ventures.

The startup plans to deploy the freshly raised capital to expand its agentic AI stack, Agent Foundry, which analyses real-time performance across sales channels and advertising campaigns for ecommerce players. It caters to both D2C and marketplace brands.
