Tiktok, AliExpress websites surface on Indian networks, Govt officials deny revocation of ban

Today, the websites of Chinese platforms TikTok and AliExpress became accessible to some users across various internet service providers. However, senior government officials have confirmed to CNBC-TV18 that there has been no change in stance on allowing these platforms.

They added that no directions have been issued by the Indian administration for the unblocking of TikTok or AliExpress. They also noted that the government has not received any application from the likes of TikTok to overturn the ban.
