India’s technology services industry is poised for a decade of accelerated transformation as artificial intelligence reshapes enterprise spending and delivery models, industry body Nasscom said on Tuesday.

The sector, which grew steadily between 2020 and 2025 due to pandemic-led digital acceleration, is expected to see muted revenue growth until 2027, with expansion forecast at 5–7% over five years. However, data and AI segments are projected to grow faster, at 12–15%, according to a Nasscom report prepared with McKinsey & Co.
