Gameskraft, Dream11 not to pursue legal challenge against Govt’s Gaming Bill

Online gaming platform Gameskraft has announced it will not challenge the recently enacted Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Act, 2025, choosing instead to align its business strategy with the new law.

According to the company, it has already stopped all real-money ‘Gameplay’ and ‘Add Cash’ services across its Rummy platforms, effective August 21. The firm added that it has cleared all regulatory dues and taken measures to safeguard the interests of employees, partners, vendors, and service providers.
