Cognizant removes logo from social media amid trademark row

IT services company Cognizant has removed its logo from key social media platforms, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube, following a setback in an ongoing trademark dispute.

According to the Times of India, the Bombay High Court has reinstated a previous injunction that bars the US-based IT giant from using its logo in India, pending the outcome of a lawsuit filed by Bengaluru-based fintech company Atyati Technologies Pvt Ltd.
