Cookware brand Ember has secured $3.2 million in seed funding from HNIs, family offices, and existing investors, with notable participation from Yogabar co-founder Suhasini Sampath and Apurva Salarpuria.

The proceeds will be used to scale R&D, strengthen proprietary cookware technology, expand manufacturing, and deepen market presence.

Chef and entrepreneur Saransh Goila has joined Ember as an investor and partner. Known for his brand Goila Butter Chicken and appearances on MasterChef Australia, Saransh will lead Ember’s first-of-its-kind Innovation…
