The software division of HCLTech unveiled an AI powered marketing technology (martech) platform HCL Unica+ on Tuesday.

The platform, which can manage 500 million customer accounts and 1.4 billion potential touchpoints, aims to help Indian businesses deliver data-driven, hyper-personalised marketing at scale.

India’s martech industry is set to reach nearly $94 billion by 2030, a media release by the company said, adding that the platform caters to the rising intelligence economy in over 18 languages.
