Xbattery raises $2.3 million to fuel battery innovation

Hyderabad-based deeptech startup Xbattery has raised $2.3 million in a funding round led by the Bipin Patel Family Office, with participation from Jhaveri Credits.

The company will use the fresh capital to upgrade its research and development (R&D) facilities and expand its engineering and production teams.

“We need to purchase large equipment for our R&D. We are also upgrading our R&D lab and hiring more R&D engineers,” said Satish Reddy, cofounder of Xbattery, in an interaction with ET.
