Bengaluru-based IT service management company Happiest Minds Technologies sees minimal impact from H-1B changes, noting the company’s offshore-focused model.

Venkatraman Narayanan, Managing Director at Happiest Minds Technologies said, “We don’t send too many people on H-1B. We have got about four people last year and three people up until today for this current financial year. That shows, we are not very dependent on H-1B visas for our requirements; we do local hiring.”
