Infosys kicks off employee performance review

IT services major Infosys has kicked off the annual performance appraisal for its employees, raising their hopes of a raise in 2026.

Multiple employees received an email from HR asking them to complete the process by October 17. “This is a routine exercise, but we hope the company will give us a raise this time, unlike last year,” an employee said.

Infosys’ annual review cycle is from October to September, and the company usually discloses employee ratings by January and releases the appraisal letter to employees in June.
