India’s fourth-largest IT player Wipro missed analyst estimates as net profit marginally increased by 1.3% year-on-year and yet sequentially declined by 2.5% for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026, impacted by a one-off adjustment made for the bankruptcy of one customer. Profit for the September quarter stood at ₹3,250 crore.
