With mobile trading gaining momentum, apps such as Groww, Angel One, Jar, and Upstox are among the world’s most downloaded investment platforms thus far in 2025, according to a report by analytics firm Sensor Tower.

Groww, the Bengaluru-based brokerage that recently listed on Indian exchanges, crossed 100 million downloads this year, making it the first and fastest homegrown investment app to reach that milestone, the report said.
