ETtech Deals Digest: Startups raise $226 million this week, up 2.5 times on-year

Startups raised around $225.6 million between November 29 and December 5, nearly 2.5 times the $93.2 million secured during the same period last year.

This week’s tally was broadly in line with the $226.3 million raised in the previous week.

However, deal activity slowed year-on-year (YoY), with 19 transactions recorded compared with 49 in the same week last year.
