Google’s AI Futures Fund backs Mukund Jha’s Emergent

AI-led software creation startup Emergent has raised  a strategic investment from Google AI Futures Fund.

The funding is part of Google’s AI Futures Fund, launched in May 2025 to support early-stage AI companies with capital. 

The development comes soon after Emergent’s $23 million in Series A funding led by Lightspeed, with participation from Together Fund and others.
