Uber India enters B2B logistics via ONDC

Ride-hailing major Uber India has launched Uber Direct, its first business-to-business (B2B) logistics service in India through a partnership with ONDC.

Uber Direct allows merchants on the ONDC network to plug into Uber’s existing delivery infrastructure. At launch, the service is handling grocery deliveries for clients such as Zepto and KPN Farm Fresh, with plans to expand into restaurant deliveries, e-commerce logistics, and other categories across additional cities.
