Google rolls out Gemini 3 Flash as default AI model

Google has released a new fast and low-cost AI model called Gemini 3 Flash, making it the default option in the Gemini app and in AI-powered Search.

The launch comes six months after Gemini 2.5 Flash and brings major upgrades in speed, reasoning and overall performance.
