The RAISE Act establishes rules for greater transparency, requiring these companies to publish information about their safety protocols and report any incidents within 72 hours of their occurrence. It comes a few months after class=”link ” href=”https://www.gov.ca.gov/2025/09/29/governor-newsom-signs-sb-53-advancing-californias-world-leading-artificial-intelligence-industry/” data-i13n=”cpos:2;pos:1″ rel=”nofollow noopener” target=”_blank” data-ylk=”slk:California;cpos:2;pos:1;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas”>California adopted similar legislation.
