Raj Kundra has reportedly been summoned by a special PMLA court in Mumbai after the ED filed a chargesheet against him in the GainBitcoin scam
Besides Kundra, the court also issued summons to Dubai-based businessman Rajesh Satija and both have been asked to appear in court on January 19
The ED, in the chargesheet filed in September 2025, said that Kundra’s role was beyond a mediator and he was a beneficial owner of the scam
