Warehousing and fulfilment partner Edgistify has raised $1.4 million in pre-Series A funding round co-led by NB Ventures and Rajesh Ranavat, with participation from PhysicsWallah co-founder Prateek Maheshwari, Vivek Gaur, Vikram Tandon, and other angel investors.

The Mumbai-based company had previously raised $1.63 million in a seed funding round from Sterling Auxiliaries and others.

The proceeds will be channelled towards onboarding more high-growth brands, advancing AI-led orchestration through EdgeOS, and expanding fulfilment depth across Tier-2 and…
