Flipkart-backed logistics and delivery platform Shadowfax Technologies has officially set the price band for its initial public offering at Rs 118–Rs 124 per share.

The Bengaluru-based company is gearing up to open its Rs 1,907 crore initial public offering on January 20, 2026, with the subscription window scheduled to close on January 22. Anchor investors are expected to be allotted shares a day before the issue opens.
