US trade advisor Peter Navarro has again taken aim at India, this time raising concerns about American-made artificial intelligence (AI) being used by customers abroad. He argued that AI platforms developed and run in the US are serving users in countries such as India and China, which he framed as a trade problem.

Speaking on “Real America Voice” in an interview with former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon, Navarro said the infrastructure behind AI services is based in the US.
