New Delhi–based deep tech startup OneARVO has raised ₹12.3 million in a pre-seed round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The company is building AI- and blockchain-powered solutions to authenticate products and prevent counterfeiting across global supply chains
As global supply chains face rising pressure around counterfeiting, traceability, and compliance, a new generation of deep tech startups is stepping in with infrastructure-led solutions.
OneARVO, a New Delhi–based supply chain integrity platform, has raised ₹12.3 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Inflection Point Ventures. The capital will be used to expand its technology team, build an internal AI lab for datasets, and accelerate go-to-market execution.
Founded in 2023, OneARVO operates at the intersection of AI, blockchain, and smart product identification, helping brands authenticate, track, and protect individual product units across complex supply chains.
Tackling Counterfeiting With Unit-Level Verification
Counterfeiting and product diversion remain persistent challenges across industries such as pharmaceuticals, automotive aftermarket, and industrial manufacturing. OneARVO’s approach centres on unit-level verification, rather than batch-level tracking, enabling continuous traceability from source to shelf.
The startup has developed what it describes as the industry’s first copy-proof code and AI-based tamper-proof labels, designed to prevent duplication and manipulation. Each label generates an immutable digital record, allowing brands and regulators to verify authenticity in real time.
Within six months of launch, OneARVO has generated $10,000 in revenue from two paying clients and completed four proof-of-concept projects, operating with a 15-member team across offices in Delhi and Noida.
Early Recognition and Patent Milestones
The company’s early traction has been accompanied by industry recognition. OneARVO has received the Supply Chain Innovation Excellence Award from ISCM and has been named an Innovative Technology Solution Provider by LogiMat India.
It has also filed a copy-proof patent, a milestone the company says strengthens its intellectual property position as it prepares for enterprise-scale deployments.
Investors Bet on Supply Chain Trust Infrastructure
Inflection Point Ventures, which has invested more than ₹800 crore across 250+ startups, cited execution capability and market relevance as key factors behind the investment.
“Supply chain integrity and product authenticity are becoming increasingly critical across industries,” said Vikram Ramasubramanian, Co-founder at Inflection Point Ventures. “OneARVO is addressing this challenge with a clear and practical approach, and we believe the company is well-positioned to build a scalable solution that sets new benchmarks for trust and transparency.”

Building an ‘Aadhaar for Products’
OneARVO is led by Sumit Goswami, CEO and Co-Founder, a mechanical engineering graduate from National Institute of Technology Tiruchirappalli with over 30 years of industry experience and a track record as a three-time founder. He is joined by Duke Banerjee, CTO and Co-Founder, who brings more than 12 years of experience in technology and product development.
Goswami describes the platform as an “Aadhaar for products,” referencing India’s national digital identity system. “We are building an AI-first platform that makes every unit verifiable, with continuous traceability and audit-ready compliance,” he said.
Over the next 12 to 18 months, the company plans to expand its AI lab, deepen integrations with ERP and printing systems, and scale enterprise deployments across pharmaceuticals, automotive aftermarket, and industrial manufacturing — both in India and export markets.
A Large Addressable Market Ahead
According to the company, OneARVO’s serviceable obtainable market is estimated at $580 million, reflecting the breadth of industries where anti-counterfeiting, compliance, and traceability are becoming regulatory and commercial imperatives.
As governments and enterprises push for more transparent and resilient supply chains, startups like OneARVO are positioning themselves as foundational infrastructure — not just software tools — for global trade.
