Apple today released the season two trailer for Silo, the hit sci-fi series on Apple TV+. Based on the book series by Hugh Howey, the show sees Juliette (Rebecca Ferguson) in a world where everyone is living underground, in a silo that is shrouded in mystery.

Silo became Apple’s most viewed drama when the first season debuted last year, in May 2023. And season two picks up right where the season one finale lefts off, with Juliette exploring the world outside …

As the scope of the story expands, so is the cast list. Season two sees the addition of Steve Zahn as a series regular as new character ‘Solo’. Season two is expected to cover the remainder of the story told in the first book on which the show is based; season one portrayed about half the first novel’s plot.

Silo season two premieres next month, with the first of its ten episodes dropping on November 15. New episodes will roll out weekly, each Friday. The show is expected to run for four seasons in total, although Apple has not publicly confirmed a renewal quite yet.

Other high-profile launches coming to Apple TV+ include new horror thriller Before starring Billy Crystal, the second season of Shrinking which commences on Wednesday, and new WW11 feature Blitz. Check out our guide for everything to watch on Apple TV+.
