New Delhi [India], December 27:  On National Consumer Day, the Federation of Indian Direct Selling Industry (FIDSI) extends congratulations to all government departments, stakeholders, and associations promoting and protecting consumer rights. FIDSI recognises the crucial role of consumer affairs departments in raising awareness and appreciates the impact of government policies in consumer protection.

FIDSI President, Adv. Abhilash Thomas emphasised the collective responsibility of industry owners to uphold consumer rights. FIDSI remains committed to working closely with the government and other stakeholders to advance consumer protection efforts.

FIDSI’s founding members – Mr. Manish Marwaha, Mr. Divyansh Agarwal, Mr. Gopal Kundu, Mr. Rajesh Srivastava, and Mr. Ambrish Ranjan have played an instrumental role in promoting consumer awareness and transparency across the country.

FIDSI reaffirms its dedication to collaborating with government bodies and industry partners to ensure transparency and integrity in all consumer-related matters, while supporting the growth and development of the direct selling sector.

General Secretary Mr. Rahul Sudan is leading a series of consumer education initiatives and outreach programs across various states, aimed at strengthening consumer awareness and protection.
