India’s largest IT giant Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has rolled out its quarterly variable pay (QVP) for the October to December period to eligible employees with senior level employees continuing to receive lower payouts ranging from 20-40%, multiple people confirmed to ET.While many have received 100% of the variable pay, paid to largely employees belonging to level C3 and below, one of the people confirmed.
