Sonata Software‘s MD, Samir Dhir, stated that there are no immediate mergers and acquisitions (M&A) plans. While the company will keep looking for the right opportunities, it is not actively engaged in any discussions at the moment.

On the financial front, Dhir mentioned that the impact of a large customer decline will be seen in the January-March quarter of 2025 (Q4FY25) and may extend into April-June 2025 (Q1FY26). Additionally, Quant, an acquisition made two years ago, usually sees a weak quarter in Q4, further affecting performance.
