The Indian IT industry needs to relook at its business model as revenue growth and headcount has begun to decouple, moving to more of an output-based model, said chiefs of the $250 billion sector such as HCLTech CEO C Vijayakumar and Infosys CEO Salil Parekh.The industry is dealing with several challenges at multiple levels.
