Revenue intelligence startup Gyaan AI has raised $7.8 million in a seed funding round led by Dell Technologies Capital, with participation by Intel Capital.

With a new brand name, MaxIQ, the company plans to use the funding to scale up operations, accelerate product development, and expand its leadership team.

MaxIQ has appointed Matt Hickey as chief executive officer and Rob Sexton as chief revenue officer, while founder Sonny Aulakh will continue to lead product innovation and growth initiatives.
