A group of former OpenAI employees has filed an amicus brief supporting Elon Musk’s ongoing lawsuit against the artificial intelligence company, raising alarm over its transition from a non-profit to a for-profit structure.
The brief was submitted on Friday by Harvard law professor Lawrence Lessig, who also founded Creative Commons, CNBC international reported on April 11.
