Swiggy Unveils Pyng: A New Professional Services App for Consumers

Share via:

Expanding its range of services, foodtech giant Swiggy has officially launched Pyng, a professional services marketplace now available for consumers.

Pyng is an AI-powered platform that connects users with verified professionals across various categories, including health and wellness, finance, astrology, travel, education, and more.

While the platform was initially introduced in January for professionals to list their services, it is now accessible to users across India, allowing them to explore and book these services directly through the app.

Swiggy cofounder and head of innovation, Nandan Reddy, shared, “With Pyng, we’re creating a trusted, spam-free space where users can easily access reliable experts. By curating demand for niche services, Pyng not only supports independent professionals but also helps consumers fulfill their unique needs by connecting them with skilled specialists who truly add value.”
