Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses to roll out in India soon

Meta is set to launch its Ray-Ban Meta smart glasses in India soon, the company said in a blogpost on Wednesday.

The AR/VR glasses, developed in partnership with EssilorLuxottica, combine classic Ray-Ban design with advanced artificial intelligence (AI) features.

While the exact release date and pricing for India have not been disclosed, the rollout is part of a broader global expansion that also includes Mexico and the UAE. In the United States, its home market, the glasses retail at $299 (nearly Rs 29,000) onwards.
