Microsoft is betting big on the future of work with a new wave of updates to its Copilot platform, positioning it as the key interface for the AI-powered workplace.

Announced alongside its 2025 Work Trend Index Annual Report, the company said the new Copilot features are designed to meet the demands of a workforce increasingly built around human-agent collaboration.
