NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang is reportedly getting his first salary increase in 10 years, even as his personal wealth has ballooned alongside the company’s meteoric rise in the AI race.

Earlier in May, CNBC reported that Huang’s base salary rose to $1.5 million for the 2025 fiscal year—a 49% increase from 2024—according to a proxy filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Thursday.

His variable cash compensation is also said to be up by $1 million, or 50%, while stock awards surged to $38.8 million, bringing his total pay…
