Awfis net profit rises nine-fold in Q4, revenue up 46%

Office space-sharing company Awfis posted a 46% year-on-year surge in operating revenue at Rs 339 crore for the quarter ended March, on account of an increase in contributions from enterprise clients, allied services and operating efficiencies.

The company reported a net profit of Rs 11.3 crore for the quarter, up from Rs 1.2 crore a year ago. While it reported a net profit for all four quarters of FY24, profit fell 27% from Rs 15 crore in the October-December period.

Its total expenses during the fourth quarter of 2024-25 increased to Rs 347 crore…
