ICEA, Caret Capital join hands to bring tech from global startups, innovators to Indian electronics manufacturers

India Cellular & Electronics Association (ICEA) and venture capital fund Caret Capital, on Wednesday, announced the launch of Venture Access Labs — a platform intended to connect the domestic electronics and appliances with global startups and innovators from across the world.

Venture Access Labs (VAL) has been co-founded and will be helmed by electronics industry veteran Salil Kapoor. He will operate as the Chief Mentor at Venture Access Labs. Salil is an electronics industry veteran with leadership roles at Voltas, LG, Samsung and Blue Star.
