New Delhi [India], July 28:  In a major initiative to make quality higher education more affordable and accessible, leading UGC and NAAC-approved Indian universities have announced an exclusive 80% scholarship for students enrolling in online undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) degree programs.
