Digital entertainment and lifestyle platform JetSynthesys has announced its acquisition of KidzByte, an educational news and knowledge media platform designed specifically for children. KidzByte, founded in 2018 by media professionals Chetan D’Souza and Swagat Salunke, aims to empower children by transforming them from content consumers to creators through audio-visual mediums.

The partnership between JetSynthesys and KidzByte seeks to revolutionize the way children access content and provide them with the tools and information necessary to become creative and driven individuals. Chetan D’Souza, founder and CEO of KidzByte, expressed his enthusiasm about the collaboration, stating that it would enable their innovative educational platform to reach even more children and schools. He also emphasized JetSynthesys’ shared vision of enabling children to become “kidfluencers.”

JetSynthesys, founded in 2014 under the leadership of Rajan Navani, focuses on gaming and esports, digital entertainment, and wellness and livelihood. With millions of users across 180 countries, the company has built a robust ecosystem of technology, talent, content, and distribution stacks. The recent acquisition of KidzByte further strengthens JetSynthesys’ commitment to nurturing young minds and aiding their overall growth and development through the power of technology.

This acquisition marks the second deal for JetSynthesys this year, following its majority stake acquisition of Fanory, led by former Twitter India head Manish Maheshwari. The company continues to make significant strides in the digital entertainment industry, focusing on delivering delightful moments to stakeholders across multiple digital worlds, known as the #Jetverse.

With the acquisition of KidzByte, JetSynthesys reinforces its commitment to providing innovative educational platforms and expanding its influence in the digital entertainment space, aiming to shape the future of children’s media consumption.
