Tata Electronics is involved in discussions with multiple potential vendors that can serve its upcoming fab in Dholera and outsourced assembly and test (OSAT) facility in Assam, people aware of the developments told ET.

Equipment makers like Dutch multinational ASML and South Korean firm JT Corp are among those Tata Electronics is in talks with, they said.
