Razorpay, the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and OpenAI have partnered to introduce Agentic Payments, a new way for users to make digital transactions directly through conversational platforms like ChatGPT.

The initiative is currently in a pilot phase and aims to let users discover, shop and pay for products within a single chat interface.
