Retail payments body National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) and online payments gateway Razorpay have collaborated with artificial intelligence (AI) major OpenAI to roll out agentic transactions on the American company’s conversational chatbot ChatGPT, according to a statement released by Razorpay on Thursday.
