Lim Wen Loong, Fund Manager for Emerging Markets at WhiteOak Capital, said that while global attention is on US AI giants, Asia offers strong investment opportunities through its role in the hardware supply chain.

“At WhiteOak, we invest bottom-up, finding ideas across sectors and markets – from electric vehicles to entertainment,” he said. Lim noted that much of the AI hardware supply chain is concentrated in Asia, particularly in Taiwan and South Korea, which positions the region well.
