Infosys employees reap 75% bonus on average following robust results

IT services major Infosys on Friday issued performance bonus letters to eligible employees for July-September 2025, handing out on average 75% of the bonus because of strong performance in the quarter.

Employees at job level 4 (which is what: software engineers, product managers, etc) received on average 83% for outstanding performance, 78.5% for commendable performance, and 75% for `met expectations’. Sources said the percentage tapered for lower job levels, ranging between 70.5% to 83%.
