IT services firm Xoriant acquires TestDevLab to deepen European footprint

Mid-sized IT services company Xoriant announced the acquisition of TestDevLab, a Latvia‑headquartered software quality engineering company, to strengthen its presence in the European region.

While the companies did not disclose the deal size, TestDevLab has an annual revenue of $30 million, as per people familiar with the matter. The deal is the ChrysCapital-owned company’s fourth acquisition in the last three years, following FEXLE Services and MapleLabs in 2024 and Thoucentric in 2023.
