India was the only country among the world’s top 10 ultra high net worth (UHNW) nations to see an increase in its ultra wealthy population in 2022, according to a report by Altrata. While the global UHNW population fell by 5.4%, India’s ultra wealthy population grew by 3.2%. However, overall global UHNW numbers declined, with Asia being the region most affected, and North America remaining the largest wealth market.
