Microsoft provided ample notice that support for Windows 10 would end on October 14, 2025. That date has come and gone, with millions of PCs now over the security cliff. Some users will continue to receive updates for a little longer, but Microsoft strongly recommends upgrading to Windows 11 or, even better, purchasing a new computer that runs Windows 11. However, not every existing computer is compatible with Windows 11, and not every budget can support upgrading to new hardware….
