‘Tis the season for cozy vibes, so it’s the perfect time to settle in with new TV shows premiering on Netflix and Prime Video. This week’s lineup is short, but it features two of the biggest shows on streaming services.

“Fallout” season 2 returns with more Wasteland action as Lucy, the Ghoul and Maximus head to New Vegas. Meanwhile, “Emily in Paris” season 5 sees Emily settling into a new life, new role and new romance in Rome.
